🛒 See which products are on which sales channel

The Products list now shows the channels each product is on, filters by channel and store status, and can add or remove hundreds of products from a channel in one go.

Until now, the only place that said a product was on a sales channel was that product's own Sales channels tab. Now the whole picture is on the Products list.

Filter by channel

Open More filters on the Products list and pick a Sales channel:

  • On channel - the products you have put on that channel.
  • Not on channel - everything else, for finding what is still missing.
  • Not on any channel - products that are not sold anywhere yet.

For a connected store you can narrow it further by Store status: Live, Not sent yet, Leaving (taken off the channel, still on the store until you next send) or Error.

On a channel's settings page, the Products on this channel and Live on the store figures are now links to that list.

A Channels column

A new Channels column shows every channel a product is on, with its store status. It is off to start with: turn it on from the column menu (the button at the right end of the filter bar), like any other column.

Act on every matching product

Tick the box at the top of the list to select the page, then click Select all matching products. Sales channel and Tags then apply to every product the filters match, on every page - not just the 20 you can see.

Removing products from a channel asks first and tells you how many. Removed products are set to draft on the store the next time you send. Nothing is deleted there.

Also

Status (Active or Inactive) has moved onto the filter bar, where Stage used to be, and Stage is now in More filters.
