What makes Erpilo different
All of these exist and work today - none of them are on a roadmap.
Every invoice downloads as an Estonian e-invoice XML file, and it travels with the invoice email alongside the PDF automatically.
File-based e-invoicing. There is no direct connection to an operator network (Telema, Fitek, Omniva).
Type a company name or registry code and Erpilo fills in the rest - including inside the invoice builder.
The register does not publish VAT numbers (KMKR), so you add that one yourself.
Sending, paying and cancelling an invoice each post a proper double-entry journal entry. Without you having to think about it.
Debits and credits must always balance - every entry is checked.
From invoicing to stock, inside one account.
The invoice speaks your customer's language, whatever your own interface is set to: Estonian, English, Finnish, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Swedish, Lithuanian, Latvian.
Invite colleagues by email. Three roles - owner, admin and member - decide who can see and change what.
Run more than one company from a single account and switch between them in the header. Each company's data stays separate.
Multiple warehouses, stock per product, and a one-screen count sheet with reason codes. Sending an invoice takes the goods out of stock.
Size, colour and other options from a company-wide option catalogue. Rename an option once and it changes everywhere.
Import a supplier price list too: match the columns on screen against real values, and save the mapping for next time.
Estonian rates with their validity dates built in. Add your own and hide the ones you never use.
Credit notes with optional stock return. A partial payment moves the invoice status on its own.
Up to 20 images per product. Erpilo converts them to WebP itself so they load quickly.

Erpilo is in beta and moving quickly. For every update we write down what actually changes for you.
Add the places you sell, put products on them from the Products list or from each product, and connect a WooCommerce store to send products, prices, pictures and stock to it after checking a price preview.

There is no direct connection to an e-invoice operator (Telema, Fitek, Omniva) - you pass the XML file on yourself.
No. Erpilo manages VAT rates, calculates VAT on invoices and posts it to the ledger, but it does not file the KMD return with the Estonian Tax Board. The figures you need to file it are in Erpilo.
Yes. The product catalogue exports to CSV at any time - every language included, and each variant on its own row. Invoices download as PDF and as e-invoice XML.
Yes. Invite them by email and give them a role: owner, admin or member. If they do not have an account yet, they can create one straight into your company.
Yes. One account can run several companies and switch between them in the header. Each company's data, chart of accounts and settings stay separate.
The interface is in Estonian and English. Invoices can be issued in ten languages and product names kept in eight - so the same product can appear on the invoice in your customer's language.
No. Erpilo runs in the browser, including on a phone. There is nothing to install and nothing to update.
