One catalogue for everything you sell.

Products, services and variants live in one place, with pictures, barcodes and texts in every language you sell in. Invoices, stock and your online shop all read from the same catalogue.

4

options per product, from one shared list

10 levels

of categories, dragged into order

20

pictures per product, converted to WebP

8

product languages to choose from

Variants

Variants without the spreadsheet

Pick up to four options - length, colour, finish - from one company-wide option list. Paste “S, M, L, XL” and it becomes four values. Each variant keeps its own SKU, barcode and pictures.

  • Rename an option once and it changes on every product
  • Mark which pictures belong to which variant
  • Each variant on its own row in the CSV export
  • Erpilo suggests an SKU and warns if another product already uses it

Organising

Categories, tags and brands

Build a category tree up to ten levels deep and drag it into order. A product can sit in several categories, one of them primary. Tag products in bulk and filter the list by any branch or tag.

  • Category names are translated like everything else
  • A Tags page to rename, translate, retire and delete tags
  • Brands, product groups and your own custom attributes
  • Barcode, manufacturer part number, weight, dimensions, country of origin and HS tariff code

Languages

Every language you sell in

Choose the product languages your company works in. Each product keeps its own name, description, URL, SEO title and meta description per language - so the same product appears on an invoice in your customer's language.

  • Up to eight product languages, separate from the app's own language
  • A URL, SEO title and meta description per language
  • Names, URLs and SEO texts reach a multilingual WooCommerce shop in each language
  • Descriptions as plain text or formatted HTML, with a visual editor

Import

Import a supplier's price list as it is

Match the file's columns on screen against real values from it, and Erpilo remembers the mapping for next time. English and Estonian headings are matched on their own. A dry run names every bad row by line number before anything changes.

  • Create new products, update existing ones, or both
  • Download just the failed rows, with the reason in an extra column
  • Export the whole catalogue any time, every language included

Good to know

What the catalogue does not do yet

  • Barcodes stay in Erpilo. They are not sent to WooCommerce yet.
  • Renaming a tag does not rename it in your shop yet. The products are sent again, but the shop keeps its old label.
  • Four options per product. A product with more dimensions needs to be split.
  • Codes are permanent. Option and tag codes never change once created - rename the name instead.
  • No preferred supplier yet. Suppliers and their codes are kept on each product, but you cannot mark one as preferred, and they are not in the CSV export yet.

Can I import products from a CSV file?

Yes. Map the file's columns to Erpilo's fields, a pre-check shows faulty rows before anything is saved, and Erpilo remembers the mapping for next time. Create new products, update existing ones or both - a supplier's price list goes in as it is.

Does Erpilo support product variants?

Yes. Pick up to four options per product from the company's shared list, for example length, colour and finish. Every variant has its own code, barcode, pictures and stock in each warehouse.

How many languages can product data be in?

Up to eight product languages. Every product has its own name, description, URL, SEO title and meta description in each one, and they all reach a multilingual WooCommerce shop.
