No. Prices exclude Estonian VAT (24%), which is added to the invoice.
No. The Free plan never asks for a card. You choose a paid plan yourself - nothing switches on automatically.
Nothing is deleted or locked. Everything you already have keeps working, and Erpilo suggests a bigger plan before you add more.
Yes, at any time. Move up when you need more and back down when you need less. On the Free plan your data stays where it is.
Yes. The Free plan has up to 3 users; on Start and Growth you invite as many people as you need - the number of users does not change the price. One login can belong to several companies, and each company has its own plan.
Yes, on every plan. The product catalogue exports to CSV, and invoices export as a spreadsheet, PDFs and e-invoice XML files.
